Just presented this session at the Technology Conference on Wednesday (opposite an Ignite session, no less – so happy I had a nice crowd!). It was a simple case study, using associationTECH to look at why we created the blog, what considerations were involved in setting up moderation policies etc, how we connected it to the wider tech blogosphere, and how we measured success. The ten steps are pretty simple and obvious, but I asked my group of attendees to ask questions after each one and share their own advice relative to each piece. It was a great discussion; thank you so much to those who attended.
